Metal framing & drywall installation for spaces 12-27, 30-34, 40-47 & Comms Rm on 4th floor

Scope of Work

- Install Galvanized Steel Tracks & Galvanized Steel Wall Framing Studs where requested for Office spaces 12-27, 30-34, 40-47 & Comms Rm on 4th floor as outlined in plans provided by client.
- Upon completion of frame, determine electrical work needed & provide quote.
- Upon completion of electrical work, install drywall on to framing & complete walls.
- Client will provide materials needed for framing & drywall. Drywall material list will be provided upon completion of framing.

Material costs are quoted directly from Lowes' website & are subject to change.
